It bends the requirements for mining projects that perform non-invasive prospective activities. It stipulates the submission of affidavits signed by professionals instead of an environmental impact report for those activities that do not cause physical alterations to the area, which entail no drilling over 50 cm in depth or use of heavy machinery.
